1. How can l open an account?

Click on “Open Account” or "Start Trading"
Fill in the required information, accept by ticking the box below and press “Sign Up”

2. Do l need to submit certain documents to start trading?

As an FBK Markets client, you are able to trade before you submit any of your required documents, however it is mandatory that all documents are submitted upon any withdrawals.

3. How to open a Partner Account?

7. I am unable to login to the Metatrader4 account as every time I try, it says that ‘authorization failed’?

Make sure you first delete and reinstall your MT4 application, copy and paste the login details from the emails as they are and retry.

8. Why do my entries keep getting moved whenever I try to enter a trade?

As FBK Markets we do not have control over Metatrader 4 and the entry of clients’ trades. Click here for more information.

9. Why does my leverage automatically change from 1:1000 to 1:500 when I did not change it?

That is due to the trading conditions of the leverages. Click here for more information.

10. I can’t log in to my profile on the website, please help?

Please ensure that after entering your email address there is no space afterwards.

DOCUMENTARY SUPPORT

1. Which documents are required in order for my account to be verified?

As a client, you are required to have the following documents for Account Verification:
- A Copy of your Identity Document/ Passport.
- Proof of Banking (Bank Statement) dated within the 3 months
- Proof of Address, which can be any Utility Bill dated within the last 3 months

2. Can l update my documents on my own?

Yes, you are able to update your personal information which includes your personal documentation on your Client portal.

3.  Is FBK Markets regulated?

Yes, we are regulated under the FAIS Act as juristic representatives of an authorized financial service provider FSP49769.

DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWAL

4. How do l know my funds have been received?

Funds are allocated into your trading account once received by our finance department and reflected in the company’s account.

5. How long does it take for a deposit to reach my trading account?

Immediate transfers are allocated soon after clearance in the company’s bank account into your trading account. No allocations are made over the weekend.

6. What is the minimum deposit amount?

Minimum Deposit amount is R100

7. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

Minimum Withdrawal amount is R100

8. What is the Max withdrawal amount?

There is no maximum withdrawal amount
